1. ORDER:
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your order and purchase details. (You can cancel, or change your order within 12 hours of confirmation.)
If you do not receive our confirmation email during this time, please contact us via info@liceramic.com to get more information.
2. CRAFT
After that, we will begin crafting the products. All items are handcrafted upon receiving an order to reduce storage costs. Li Ceramic is a small group of artisans passionate about ceramic art. Despite limited strength and resources, we always strive to complete the products as quickly as possible while ensuring excellent quality.
3. SHIPPING
The total processing time, crafting, and shipping may take approximately 15-30 days, depending on the country you reside in. Some external factors, such as holidays, customs, and weather, may affect the shipping time, so the delivery time is only an estimate.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.
As stated earlier, we produce the items after receiving an order. In the case of multiple products ordered together, the time required to complete each product may vary based on the complexity and the different raw materials used. We may ship the products in separate batches to ensure that as soon as a product is ready, it is shipped out immediately. Our main effort is to ensure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible.
4. RETURN (IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within the legal period of 15 calendar days from receipt of your order.
All returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee deducted from your refund amount. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or as a store credit.
